yea2 i know, lame xupdate..so what? im bz okayy with my finals..
errrgghhh..now br ad free time sket..
this week, i had 3 consecutive days of exams!! from mon til wed..
only tonite i could have some rest and update ape2 yg ptot..
phewww~ what a relieve!
so since i have a little spare time, i think it's time 4 me 2 update my blog..;p
i could say it has been a really2 hectic week..including last week..since i had my 1st paper last thursday..and also minor conflict with you-know-who..(-_-). But everything's okay now..dun worry bout me..sume tu gimmick semate..saje nk test market..muahahhaha(p/s: to whom it may concern: lenkali pkiaq dlu b4 wat sumthing ok?)
ok lah..despite the "DRAMA", i think it was a very stressful week,coz all my papers sgt la dekat date de..ade space pon bcoz of weekends..kalo x, 5 papers straight tau x??
bole jeng ow otak ak..thanks 2 weekends, i could ease my mind abit.. but still, it was indeed a stressful week.
last thursday, it was console paper..emmm..not bad~ so-so laa..not that i cnt do it at all..bole la jgk jwb sket..cmpor goreng2 lg..haa..kire cukup2 la tu.But im dissapointed with my Corp Tax paper sbb rase mcm jwb sampah gilee...;( *err..mak,kalo kene repeat jgn mrh eh.mmg naqyah xpaham tax tu..susa sgt!! eventhough itu lah satu2 nye subjek yg naqyah rajin g klas..sob3*
if only i could turn back time,i would study harder for Corp tax..da la soklan de xmcm membunuh pulak kn..siyess...rse cm srupe xyah jawab je...aaaaa..benci!
tp seb bek pas tax cuti..so relax kn mind jap..settle kn mslh2 yg xspatotnye wujud time ak tgh xm *for those who know, u know lah.haha* then relax punye relax, telajak relax rupenye ak..hahha..sbb x fully prepare for adv audit!!another killer subject..(x_x). Ingat x i've posted 1 topic on adv audit? well, it didnt help much actually..coz what i wrote in this blog is only 1/10 of the overall question..the other 9, ak redha n pasrah je..in other words, ak goreng..goreng2 smpi hangus!! so mayb my result will be hangus also..haiiyyaaa..Dear God..pliz dun let me flunk in this 2 subjects..or even other subjects,amiinnnn.
so lepas kecewa sket psl tax, ak terpaksa gagahkn dri for the next day, which is Mngmnt Accounting 3..yg ak rse xde kne mngene ngn mngmt accounting pon..*fiza was right, instead of mngmt accntg 3, we should called it mngmt accounting theory..coz all we did was memorizing!! which is so not compatible with the term of mngmt ACCOUNTING..suppose ade kire2 la kn..tp sume theory kot..mn xlemau nk mmbace..haih..
but thank goodness, bole la jgk jwb,sbb soklan de direct kn..n of course, ak akn goreng2 jugak..hahha..kalo xgoreng xaman idop ak.rase cm xckup je ape yg ak jwb tuh.
okay, setel 2 papers in a row..need to sit for 1 more paper in a row..which is adv accntg info system..huuuu..ak sgt la berterima kaseh kt hazim yg ngaja ak last2 menet..*5 minutes b4 entering the exam hall!!* de aja ak mnde2 yg ak xbudget akn kua xm..tup2..mmg kua pon ape yg de aja..huh, lucky me..im thankful 2 GOD 4 da chance. ;)
penat je ak hafal2 mcm2,japg xkua pulak kn..de kua soalan alien plak..mmg jawapan alien la ak bg..hahha..seb bek la ak ni pakar dlm bidang goreng2 nih..so ak pon menggunekn kepakaran menggoreng ak tuk jwb adv ais td..mx2 la sume yg ak goreng tu mengene..amiinn3x...
so now i feel my burden has been lifted one by one..i juz need 2 focus 4 the upcoming papers.which are adv Finance mngmt, and Strtgc mngnt..which i hope i could score,since its not that hard, i think.haha
tomorrow i will start revising 4 Adv FM and hope smpt la abes cover sume..plis GOD, pliiisssss..no more distraction or laziness pliz naqyah..focus ok!!

ape itu ADVANCE AUDIT?

ok.. since ak mcm da muak bc audit ni, i figure if ak muak baca, apakata ak tulis pulak ak pe yg dah baca..haaa..in that way, ak bole ingat balik pe yg da d revise..yea2.kepada org2 yg xde kene mengene ngn adv audit, u can skip this post. ;p
ok 1st, pn yaz ckp..final consist of 2 section..the 1st section has 1 Question(40 marks) which is compulsory, and the 2nd section contains 3 Question but answer 2..still this questions have sub-questions *seronok kan!!!* and this sub-questions may differ between the 1st and 2nd sub..in other words, i have to read the whole damn book bcoz she didn't specify the question to only certain chapters..de p bubuh sume skali in ONE question paper..GREAT~ then Q1, we have to write an audit report which carries 16 marks,and the rest of the marks for sub-questions in Q1.she said that the 1stQ same like past year(70% sama)..de bg FS, then kite kene buat report based on that.
ok. move on to section B, it contains 3questions but answer 2..dengar ura2 maybe masok internal control, ethics(yg discuss dlm tutorial, 80% sama dgn final) dgn ape2 lg tah..byk jugak la 2nd part nih..

so now murid2, we are going to discuss the 1st section..the audit report ye..
how to prepare an audit report? ok..1st we have to know there are 5 types of audit report..the 1st one is Unqualified audit report.means good report, but it could include the emphasis of matter if only the org. has going concern uncertainty or other significant uncertainty..the word start with, "without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to note...."
we produce unqualified report if the overall report is good, which means.no limitation of scope, or disagreement between company and auditor.
we move on to the 2nd type of report, the qualified audit report..ok..for qualified the word start with,"except for..." it could be qualified bcoz of limitation of scope (not enough evidence to support the assertion) or disagreement( didnt agree with the org. reason or statement)..but it is qualified if only the event is immaterial..if it is material, then it would produce disclaimer(if there's a limitation of scope and pervasive) and adverse(if there's disagreement and pervasive)

ouh lupe, yg emphasis of matter tu, all 5 reports cn have it.so bukan unqualified je eh..hehe..

and to produce an audit report, u need memorize the format, which is:

1)title: report of the auditors

2)addresse: to the members of the company

3)introductory para: u have to state, what have u audited.(eg: we have audited the Fs of... sdn bhw which comprise the BS as at...the IS, cash flow,...and etc)

4)mngmt's responsibility: these financial statements are the responsibility of the Company's Directors.

5)auditors' rspnsblty: said that it is our respnsblty to audit it and no other person should take respnsblty for the content.

6)scope para: haa..kt sini we talk about kite audit ikot standard mn, and what kind of audit procedures that we have done.

7)opinion para: bg la opinion korunk..goreng2 part r ni.

8)name and signature:

9)address

10) date of report.

p/s: ini format untuk unqualified report ye anak2..tok qualified and others, it differs a bit, where u have to add explanatory para between scope para and opinion para. in explanatory para, state y u said it is qualified, or others..

'money can't buy happiness' we often heard this in movies..as if money meant nothing to them..coz all u need is love, and other bullshit stuff..well, in case u haven't notice, that is all LIE~ if u wanna know the truth, money is everything..and in today's world, money CAN buy love and happiness..juz look around u..all the rich ppl with their boyot tummy look pretty happy to me..while the poor, well you can see it for urself in the Tv like Bersamamu and stuff? Do they look happy to you?not really..

ah, xpyh nk ckp dkt tv..in real world pon bole nmpk kot..while the rich n famous tgh berseronok ronok g back packing ke overseas la..g holiday ke phuket la, bali laa, sambel post all their fun times on hols dkt Fb n Blog..the poor *or x berkemampuan should i say,* yg jd tukang bc blog dorunk, tukang tgk gmbar2 kt Fb dorunk while thinking 'now why can't i have that', 'why can't i do that?' well guys, we have to face the fact..not all of us are lucky enough to have all the luxuries..unlike those spoiled filthy rich teens,* teen lg ke ak ni?haha* some of us have to work pretty hard to get what we want..and its not that easy i tell ya..tp tu lah..xbole la nk ckp ak xbesyukor sbb xkaya..mayb not now, but later when i graduate and managed to get a steady job with a steady income, who knows..maybe i'll be the one posting my euro trip pictures in Fb and have others to envy me..;p * i wish! hah!*

but that's for the future..for now, i was thinking to do part time job so i could support my short sem expenses..since my scholar have been long gone(awl2 sem finish oredy) and also $$ for my upcoming sem, while waiting for JPA scholar.. ermmm..since Um is near Mid, keje kt Gsc pon care jugak..huhuhu...shift ptg smpi mlm..ok pe..xbyk keje..keje bg tiket je..pastu ley tgk muvi free lak tuh! hah..situ pon da jimat wet wyg dah..huhuhuhu..

yes2...i should look up for any part time kt sane..hmmm....

it was all last minute change of plan..hehe

supposedly go to the dinner with ann, coz i didnt get the ticket 4 crys..so i've decided to go juz the 3 of us..wana,ann and me..kami becite gebang kunon2 afterwards trus nk g MOS..sebab seblah2 je kn..siap nk bwk bj spare tok msok MOS la kan...hahahha..

So, the plan was ;

before dinner: g bilik ann, make up session..after siap bedandan dondon, gerak after maghrib around 8, so 8.3o sampai..juz on time.

time dinner: supposedly duk skali on 1 table with my 2 rum8s..so it should be 5 of us at one table and the other 5 ade indian group..OK~

after dinner: kunon2 la kan..change our dress from ladylike to lady aGoGo~ LOL!! >_<

and gonjeng2 sampai lebam...

So, that was the plan..but instead ;

before dinner: all of sudden my 2 rum8s cnt make it.coz they didn't have any dress to wear. so i've invited pacik keris sorunk ni..so kene la crkn bj tok de..(FYI, pakcik sorunk ni pon kuat melaram jugak..huhu)

so we went to sg wang..around 4 something, and sampai around 5 coz of the traffic. then pusin2 jalan2 keliling2 plaza tu dpt la jeans 2 helai (1 for me..muahahha..sale kootttt!! tenkiu mok blanje.hehe) and kemeja selai..n the price is very reasonable..sbb tgh offer kan..

tgk2 jam dah pukul 7.30..so dgn tegesa2 nye kitorunk balik..we stop at his house..tggu de siap ade la dlm stengah jam..tecongok kejap ak dlm kete sorunk2...then kul 8 br smpi Um..now my turn pulak nk siap..muaahhaha..tggu la kaw kt bwh tu..huhu.of coz, pompuan siap mesty la lame, nk mndi lg,syampoo lg, kering rmbt lg..blom cmpor make up2 lg..tp dsbbkn mase yg terhad n kesian mok tggu kt bwh, so make up dlm kete je..

last2 gerak dlm kul 8.30 kot..

time dinner: smpi around 9, smpai2 je dorunk tgh wat food presentation..right on time!! dtg2 trus mkn..xyah bazer mase n tlinge dgr speech2 dorunk...hahaha..

tp yg mlg berbau nye..table kitorunk da kene conquer by the red indians!!! except they r not red..they are juz indians..huhu..da la ak xknal sorunk pon..harap je duk satu college..seb bek ade 2 seat kosong..so duduk je la ngn dorunk..satu malaysia kn..;) si wana ngn ann da p bantai duk ngn rum8 wana..sabo je la.. then makan2 from one dish to another sampai ke nasi goreng..kitorunk bla..ade last desert.tp xtggu sbb pacik keris kebosanan katanya...ak pon turutkn aje..

after dinner: br lah camwhoring session dgn menggunakan jasa baek cam ann, kitorunk berempat gedik2 dpn cam juz like others on that nite..*sapa xmau gedik2 dpn cam..pnat pkai cantek2, harusla photogedik kn* ;p

then, we split up..ann blik ngn wana, n i went back with crys.

g minum jap dkt Alicafe..then straight away 2 um..

it was indeed, an exhausting day..but i had fun though..

n the pics up there, tu la serba sedikit hasil2 gedikan kamiiii....;)))))

But i dont mind pon..lg sronok stdy lame2..org kate, time stdy xsabar keje..but when da keje, org sume rindu nk stdy balik sbb time stdy xpressure mcm keje..kalau keje xikot dateline, it could cost ur job..but if in Uni, xikot dateline..br kene deduct marks je..

when i think back, btol jgak tu..stdy lg best..xyah pening2 nk ngadap bos kalo xg keje, xyah tebal tlinge dgr bos mara..kalo stdy, ko wat la ape ko suke,,janji yuran bayar, assigment antar, exam amik..sudaaa..xde org pon nk bseng2.except for ur parents of course..hehee..but if we managed to excel in our exam, dorunk pon senang ati..
