
So now I have this big crisis/dilemma/trauma/koma and other maa..im going through.
ok, maybe not that big. Still, mengganggu jiwa dan minda at times.
WEIGHT GAIN!!!
i gained 5kilos in just few weeks goddammit! Tah hantu hormon mane rasuk smpi cepat gile naek. haih..
So I've come to several alternatives, thanks to my beloved friends and not-so-friends for the suggestions and ideas. So here goes:

Alternative 1:
I browsed through Google on how to lose weight fast, and i found this website of 7days diet with Lemon. Basically this diet encourages you to consume more Lemon in your daily meals like for breakfast, lemon juice. for lunch, have something light plus
other healthy food. and at night, one glass of hot lemon. (u can add maple syrup or cinnamon stick) but since i don't have any, i drank pure fresh squeezed lemon without any additives. Masam tahap GORILLA!! >.<

Alternative 2: Jog, which i love to do tapi byk je halangan dan rintangan tambah2 dgn cuaca yg sgt moody. Sekejap happy(cerah), sekejap marah(mendung), sekejap sedih(hujan). Last2, mlepak depan Tv, sambil mengunyah ape2 yg boleh dikunyah.(-_-)
But still, if i can jog continuously for 1 or 2 whole weeks, i think i can lose few pounds. Tapi tula, xpenah try lg. Harus try!

Alternative 3: Swimming, also one of my fav activites. Tapiii...errr..kalo kolam tu seblah rumah je xpe. mcm xnk jauh plak Putrajaya. So i can't go there everyday. Only once or twice in a week. Itupon kalau xbz. If not, swim atas katel jee while FBing. heheh.

Alternative 4: Skipping. Ok the good thing is, you can do it anywhere anytime, especially bile hujan, can't go out or do anything, bole skipping kt rumah. BUT, the bad thing is, betis sng cramp!! saket nokk. skipping 2ari lepas, smpi hari ni xilang cramp de.(T_T) Maybe ak yg over terkinja2 kot.

Last Alternative: Fat Burner pills or herbs or jamu??? errr... For now, this will be my very last option. Macam xberbaloi je nk membahayakn kesihatan sbb nk kurus. Lagi rela tumbam mumbam drp saket tercirit. hahahaha.
So far, I've tried the 1st, 2nd and 3rd alt. And now br nak berjinak2 dgn diet (trust me, I HATE DIETING!) Eventhough i LOVE to eat, I have to sacrifice my ex-favourite fast food, McD(skrg dh jadi musuh ketat) bcoz of McD, i am what i am today, a FAT ASS!! (T_T)

Also need to reduce calories intake per day which obviously skrg da telebey.
Now I'm trying this new diet, Fruit for bfast, sometimes for lunch, at nite, xmo makan lgsg! Penuhkn perot with mineral water bile rase lapar, and it worked like a charm! and mineral water has ZERO calories!(i think) seronok bukan?? ckp seronok cepat!!!
My aim is to lose few kilos (lebih afdal kalau dpt lose 6kilos) in a week, starting from next week, right before new sem begins. Rasa2 mampu x? haahaa..kite tunggu and see~ XD

current weight: normal weight + 5kg (X_X)
